This past weekend we had a team meeting here in K-Town. We spent a day in meetings discussing our goals and new directions, including the announcement of our supervisor's retirement and turning over of his position to our good friend Jasper. We had never met some of these people so it was really nice to finally be together, in one mind and purpose.
On Sunday, we had a FUN day! We drove about 40 minutes into the mountains west of the city to some natural hot springs. When we arrived they separated us into men and women groups to go shower and change (as a group....), then they gave us some robes to put on as we traveled between hot springs.
They even had kid sized robes and sandals, even if they were pink. Poor Jacob. At least they match his backpack...
Hannah and two other little ones from our team enjoy the slides. The outside air temp was about 68; the waters were about 103!!!
